Globriva is a global e-commerce retailer. We operate on a dropshipping model: we hold no inventory. When you place an order, it is fulfilled and shipped directly to you by our trusted partner suppliers around the world.

PRODUCTS AND DESCRIPTIONS

We sell products across fashion, electronics, jewelry, home, beauty, and sports categories. We describe every product as accurately as possible, but we do not warrant that product descriptions, images, or other content are error-free. If a product you receive is materially different from its description, contact us and we will make it right.

PRICING AND ORDERS

All prices are listed in USD unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel or refuse any order. If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.

SHIPPING

Orders are fulfilled by our partner suppliers and shipped with tracked service. Estimated delivery times are 7–15 business days for US orders and 10–25 business days for international orders. Tracking is emailed on every order. See our Shipping Policy for details.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Returns are governed by our Return and Refund Policy: 30-day returns on unused items in original condition; you pay return shipping unless the item arrived faulty, damaged, or wrong; refunds are issued to your original payment method after inspection.

ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree not to misuse this store, submit fraudulent payment information, or attempt to interfere with the operation of the store.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Globriva is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the store or products purchased, except where such limitation is prohibited by law.
