Track Your Order

You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Use the link in that email — or the tracking number on your carrier's website — to follow your package from our supplier's facility to your door.

Where is my tracking email?
Tracking emails are sent to the address you used at checkout, usually within 1–3 business days after you place your order (it takes a little time for our suppliers to prepare and hand off your items).

My tracking link isn't showing movement yet.
International tracking can take a few days to appear in the carrier's system. If nothing shows after a week, contact us and we'll look into it for you.

How long will delivery take?
US orders: 7–15 business days. International orders: 10–25 business days. These are honest estimates — customs and local carriers can affect timing.
