SHIPPING POLICY

Globriva is a US-first online retailer. When you place an order with us, your products ship directly from our trusted partner suppliers. We hold no inventory ourselves, which is how we bring you a wide range of products at great prices.

WHERE WE SHIP

Our primary launch market is the United States. We are expanding to Canada, the United Kingdom, and Europe, where delivery estimates vary by supplier. We do not currently ship to other destinations.

HOW DROPSHIPPING SHIPPING WORKS

After you check out, your order is forwarded to the supplier with the best availability for your destination. The supplier packs your items and ships them to your door with tracked service.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES

Delivery times are honest estimates and depend on the supplier location, destination, and carrier:

• United States: 7–15 business days

• Canada, United Kingdom, and Europe: 10–25 business days (estimates vary by supplier)

These are estimates, not guarantees. Some orders may arrive sooner; occasional delays can happen during busy periods or customs processing.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

A tracking number is emailed to you on every order, as soon as your order ships. Because items ship directly from our suppliers, separate items in one order may arrive in separate packages.

SHIPPING RATES

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and are based on the destination country and the items in your cart.

CUSTOMS AND DUTIES

Customs duties and import taxes are the buyer's responsibility. We do not control customs policies in any country, and we cannot predict or cover any charges your local customs office may apply.

LOST OR DAMAGED ORDERS

If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date and we will make it right.
