DIGITAL GIFT CARD TERMS

Globriva gift cards are digital gift cards delivered by email. Each gift card is issued with a unique code and is redeemable only at Globriva for merchandise in our store.

Expiration. Gift card balances do not expire, except as required by applicable law.

Lost or stolen codes. Treat your gift card code like cash. If you lose your code, contact us through our Contact page with your order number and the email address used for the purchase. We will reissue a lost code only if we can verify the original purchase; reissuance is not guaranteed.

Fraud review. Every gift card order is subject to fraud review. Email delivery may be delayed up to 24 hours while the order is verified.

Restrictions. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash (except where required by law), cannot be reloaded, and cannot be used to purchase other gift cards.

Refunds. Gift cards are non-refundable unless required by applicable law. If a gift card order is canceled during fraud review, the purchase amount is refunded to the original payment method.
